nordhost.io provides game server hosting services with "Smart Sleep" technology. Our servers automatically sleep when not in use and wake when players connect, allowing for cost-effective hosting.

The Service operates on a subscription basis with the following plans:
Overage charges of 10 kr/hour apply when exceeding your plan's included hours (except Unlimited plan).
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
Server wake times are typically under 60 seconds but may vary based on game type and server load.
Game server data is stored on our infrastructure. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we recommend maintaining your own backups of important game world data.
Upon account deletion or service termination, your server data may be deleted after 30 days.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
